It's fairly hard to find discussions and solutions to problems that others had had with nuttx.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to have a casual forum for people using nuttx to interact with. I'm aware that there already is discord server and a mailing list.

Github discussions would allow for more casual developers to get help directly on platform, without relying on third parties like discord and without expecting the formality of the mailing list.

@bskdany yes, I think forum is a good place to have a more organized discussion. But many people don't like forum, because it breaks the discussion in many chunks and you lose a lot of time reading it. In the past I used to hate forum, but over the years I got used to it. I think in forum is easier for different people contribute ideas and suggestions for a same issue.

I never used github forum, maybe we should use it on apache page, but AFAIK ASF doesn't offer Forum for their projects (only mailing list that works like an ancient "forum").
