[FEATURE] ISO-TP (ISO 15765-2) support for CAN

I'm starting to work on ISO-TP (ISO 15765-2) support for CAN bus in NuttX.
I'd like to check if someone is already working on this and intends to add support for upstream? It's better not to duplicate the work :)
The final goal is to support gdbstub and NSH over the CAN network.

@linguini1 ISO-TP could be useful for the idea of the modular briefcase
I'm not familiar with it, I'll have to read up!
@linguini1 in short: ISO-TP allows sending large data packets over CAN, bypassing the limitations of a single CAN frame (8B for classic CAN)
