[BUG] uorb_listener top flag doesn't show any output

Description / Steps to reproduce the issue

uorb_listener has a -T (top) flag that should report real time information about topics such as frequency, queue size etc

Running uorb_listener with the -T flag only displays the top right header but not topic information
