[WIP] Do not show Connect dialog when DB connection fails because of missing JDBC driver

  • Have Database Connection to OADB, JDBC driver is missing.
  • Invoke Connect to Database
  • Error box with message JDBC driver is missing is shown
  • User is asked to enter username and password
