NB 21 doesn't support 'gvy' and 'gy' extensions for Groovy

What happened

According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apache_Groovy Groovy has 4 extensions. I am not sure if NB should support gsh extension but I think gvy and gy extensions it should support.

Create file hello.gvy. Add some groovy code. NB doesn't recognize it.
