[VSCode Netbeans] Extension should provide "add maven dependency" feature

Description

Currently one of the weak points of the java support in VSCode is maven pom.xml editing.

Adding dependencies is a pain, because there is no such help exists which is similar to what netbeans offers.

Use case/motivation

• Adding own dependency in a multi project should be easy, this is not only works by typing
• Adding 3rd party deps should work by allowing a G/A/V search. Extension by Redhat adds at least a query at maven central.
