Followup to #4397 folder pattern are the same as release100.

@jtulach I had to update api.script arch.xml to anchor were pointing to #java-org.netbeans.spi.scripting but should have been set to @[email protected]#java-org.netbeans.spi.scripting as it used to generate usecase.html that is contains only usecase and not all the arch.

Hope it's fine. If ok I will iterate on 111 until I reach another "breaking change"
