Upgrade spring 2.5.6.SEC03 -> spring-context 6.1.14, also upgrade jdk & xbean-spring

Already checked without MINA-EXAMPLE, casue the code in EXAMPLE is fragmentary and meanless, besides, the original EXAMPLE cannot run as well
