[Docs] Fix inconsistent mathematical notation in Hadamard Gate section

Description

The Hadamard gate section uses plain text formatting for mathematical expressions, while all other gates in the document use proper LaTeX math blocks (\[ ... \]). This creates an inconsistency that makes the documentation look unprofessional and breaks the formatting standard used throughout the rest of the document.
