[Feature]convert scala modules to java for integration

Problem Description
Linkis中使用了大量的scala代码，对很多开发者不太友好，考虑将scala代码转换为java代码. Linkis uses a lot of scala code, which is not friendly to many developers. Consider converting scala code to java code.
