[Bug] run schema mysql error, when upgrade from v1.0.3 to v1.3.0

Steps to reproduce

1. run upgrade mysql schema $LINKIS_HOME/db/upgrade/1.1.1_schema/mysql/linkis-ddl.sql
2. error alter sql
3. update sql

Expected behavior

run upgrade sql no error, these sql should be updated !
