[DOC] Linkis architecture docs are not standardized and unified, some even missing

- [X] I had searched in the issues and found no similar feature requirement.
Problem Description
For example:
- The directory structure and document nameing are not unified;
- The doc structure and chapters are not unified, some are too sketchy;
- Some modules' architecture docs are missing, for example in MGS we modified Eureka's service discovery mechanism, but not documented.
