What would you like to be improved?

To improve user experience, when run $KYUUBI_HOME/bin/beeline w/o -u, it should respect the kyuubi-defaults.conf to organize the URL.

For contributors, if it's hard to extend KyuubiBeeline in current way, we can copy the source code from Apache Hive beeline module. Anyway, the principle is to choose the way which has the least maintenance effort
