Does kyuubi support stopping flink real-time tasks? Such as task management functions. Tasks can be restarted or stopped.

@waywtdcc This feature is on the roadmap but not yet implemented. The problem is that Flink doesn't support stop/restart jobs via SQL statements at the moment, see FLIP-222. Once FLIP-222 is done, we could have this feature in Kyuubi with reasonable efforts.
