Describe the flaky test

- batch sessions recovery  *** FAILED ***   The code passed to eventually never returned normally. Attempted 331 times over 5.014614411 seconds. Last failure message: FINISHED did not equal RUNNING. (BatchesResourceSuite.scala:452)
