[Build] Add supports for build kvrocks with UBSAN

Motivation

Sanitizer is widely used in systems. Currently kvrocks has ASAN and TSAN supports. And now kvrocks may has UB in https://github.com/apache/kvrocks/issues/2261 . So, I think we should add a build support for ubsan. We can enable UBSAN in CI after cleaning all the issues
