Hi Jimmy,

Sorry for the delay in responding to your pull request. The Kudu project doesn't merge new code through PRs; we use the gerrit tool to do code review and submission. Could you follow the directions here to adapt this PR into a gerrit change?

Separately, the spelling of the text in LICENSE.txt should be kept as-is, as that's the original, word-for-word license from SSLeay. You can see another copy of it as part of the OpenSSL project.
