[WIP] KNOX-2784 - Upgrade pac4j to 5.x.x

This PR is still a WIP. Most of the work is done, need to correct the cooke paths set by pac4j cookies.

Is something we want to include in the 2.0 release?

Since this is not a feature change this does not have to go in 2.0 release. We can upgrade this on a minor release as well. I would not want to destabilize 2.0 with this change.
