Remove ignore-case grep option from kafka-server-stop.sh

In order to avoid killing kafka-manager running on the same machine, because it will match these strings from command line: lib/org.apache.kafka.kafka_2.11-0.10.0.1.jar lib/org.apache.kafka.kafka-clients-0.10.0.1.jar
