Describe the bug and provide the minimal reproduce step

Hi, i have builded a cluster with 3 node 3D3C and after some time i got a lot of warning in the log files

on the node 2 i have plenty of warning in the log with this error:

on the node 3 i have the same warining but with different requestVote:

Any idea how to fix this problem? it consume a lot of memory and disk space!

i'll expect to see 0 warning on every node

What did you see instead?

a lot of warning from node 2 and node 3

Anything else?

keep in mind that node 1 have 0 warning
