[INLONG-9559][Manager] Add Dameng Extract Node to Inlong Manager

Motivation

This is the inlong manager layer adaptation of the new Dameng Source Connector

Modifications

Modified constants, jsons and field mappers in order to adapt to dameng cdc connector

Verifying this change

  • [ ] This change added tests and can be verified as follows: package a sort dist and manager client run dameng on it.
