[Feature][Sort] Sort connectors support audit ID

Description

  • Different sink types correspond to different audit IDs, so the Manager will send this ID to Sort, but some sort-connectors do not support the use of this ID.

  • Already supported connectors: JDBC, MySQL-CDC, Iceberg, StarRocks, Pulsar, and Clickhouse, other connectors also need to support audit ID.

All connectors support audit ID.
