[Feature][Dashboard] Refactor format configuration interface of InlongStream

Description

The formats supported by each storage are different, and the configuration items of each format are also different. For the convenience of configuration:

1. The format is selected through the drop-down, and the configuration item is automatically brought out
2. Extract public attributes
3. Shirlded complex configuration items through advanced configuration

@ZuoFengZhang, thanks for your suggestion; I couldn't agree more. but I think there are some points we should concern about:

• All optional format configurations must go through InLongMsg by default, and the user will not perceive it
• If you do not pass InLongMsg, select No in the advanced options
• Synchronous modification of dashboard/manager/sort
