Parent issue [Umbrella] Tencent Rhino-bird: Expand InLong Transform functions #10796

TRANSLATE(value, searchString, replacementString) TRANSLATE function that replaces a sequence of characters in a string with another set of characters.

Example: TRANSLATE('Hello world', 'eo', 'EO')
