[Bug] In 1.12 the single-machine deployment fails

What happened

The following error occurs when I perform the single-node deployment according to the guidance in the official document，inlongManagerMain cannot start

What you expected to happen

Single-node deployment is successful

How to reproduce

1. download the binary package of version 1.12 from the official website
2. add mysql-connector-java-8.0.28.jar
3. change the mysql database address in the configuration file
4. Run the bin/inlong-daemon start standalone command to start

Environment

SMP Debian 5.10.178-3 (2023-04-22) x86_64 java version "1.8.0_371"
