Jira requires login even to see the INFRA project

Given that the INFRA Jira project now requires a login to even see that it exists, I'm not sure how useful it is in an emergency.

I have been a little back logged, but I have a project I have been working on to allow gated access to the current on-call infra staffer. I'm hoping to have that available for use within a few days.
