OPIE links point to https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INFRA/OPIE

However, that page no longer exists, instead users have to click on another page.

If possible, https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INFRA/OPIE should automatically redirect to https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=122916896.
