Integrate LST-Bench as part of the CI pipeline

LST-Bench is a framework designed for running workloads focused on evaluating different aspects of table formats. It would be beneficial to incorporate LST-Bench into the CI pipeline of OneTable, which would enable performance assessments on converted versions, evaluation of performance regressions, etc. While it may not make sense to run LST-Bench with every check-in, running it on a weekly or other scheduled basis would provide valuable insights.
