Deprecate HttpClient4 Utility Class

Why you need it?

To gradually phase out the HttpClient4-based utility class, we need to mark it as deprecated. This will notify users about its future removal and encourage migration to HttpClient5.

How it could be?

  1. Add @Deprecated annotation to the HttpClient4 utility class
  2. Update Javadoc to include:
  • Deprecation notice
  • Planned removal in a future release
  • Recommendation to migrate to HttpClient5
