Deprecate HttpClient4 Utility Class
Check Ahead
-
[x] I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.
-
[ ] I am willing to try to implement this feature myself.
Why you need it?
To gradually phase out the HttpClient4-based utility class, we need to mark it as deprecated. This will notify users about its future removal and encourage migration to HttpClient5.

How it could be?
- Add @Deprecated annotation to the HttpClient4 utility class
- Update Javadoc to include:
- Deprecation notice
- Planned removal in a future release
- Recommendation to migrate to HttpClient5
