Enh: edit-list.py could retrieve less data

The query currently fetches all the source fields. However only a few are actually needed (body, subject, from) and then only if the obfuscate option is used. In other cases the source is not needed at all.

Another possible improvement: when --private or --public are used alone, the search could be restricted to entries that don't have the correct setting already.

Looks like https://github.com/apache/incubator-ponymail/commit/30bf3db3de6c08ee7b8271e35efde96cd54077c7 took care of the first part of this issue here.
