Feature: support direct I/O when we download files from hdfs

As we promote BulkLoad feature to our business, downloading files will cause a lot of negative effects on our service. I will ues direct I/O as writing files to disk, so that the cache of Linux will be bypassed. And the impact of disk writing should be reduced.
