Update to latest version?? 1.13.x

I'm not sure if I am missing something. But My installation i sstuck on version 1.12.34.2-0

The lastest version of the Apache pagespeed module is 1.13.35.2

I am running a version from dec 2016...

Is there a way we can update to the latest version or do we need to wait for someone to update this repo? I need the extra feature added in 1.13.35.1 to allow specific redis DBs

Edit: I have tried the update instructions listed but no change
