Ran install but can't find pagespeed.conf

Installed this correctly but I can't find the pagespeed.conf file in the location specified /usr/local/apache/conf/

Is there another location it might have been placed?

/etc/apache2/conf.modules.d/456_pagespeed.conf

This is where the config file is located in EA4
