Avoid the stable branch using nightly images.

Description

In order to see the examples working in main branch, some nightly images have been referenced in the container creation files. This issue is related to ensure that nightly images are replaced properly by the released ones after the release is done. The goal would avoid the stable branch using nightly images and link the branch with released images instead.
