[Bug][Bitbucket_server] pr.url needs to be changed.

What happened

We are using bitbucket server (v8.9.10). The PR url is empty in Dora Details - Lead Time for Changes.

I checked the table and it was actually empty.

When I checked the code, I found that it uses the same fields from Bitbucket cloud. https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Aapache%2Fincubator-devlake%20pull.Links.Html.Href&type=code

Shouldn't we use links.self.href on bitbucket server? When checked locally, it looks like below.

What do you expect to happen

I want pr.url to be collected properly.

How to reproduce

Start data collection for a project with a Bitbucket Server plugin connection. Then check the Dora Details - Lead Time for Changes board.
