Allow users to log into config ui with Oauth providers

Description

Its too hard to configure our app. We want users to use oauth to login and then we can do the rest for them.

  • [ ] Jira routes
  • [ ] Github routes
  • [ ] Gitlab routes
  • [ ] Update all docs for this
  • [ ] Update UI
