Import custom datasets

While Baremaps is performant to import OSM data, it should also provide a way to import custom dataset

• from local files (SHP, GeoJSON, CSV, etc...)
• from remote services

The dataset should be uploaded to Baremaps, transformed and stored into the Postgis database to be available for any tileset and published as MVT.
