IGNITE-25197 Move GridUnsafe to ignite-commons

After merging of PR we must do the following:

1. Remove ReflectiveDirectBufferCleaner - class not used.
2. Remove DirectBufferCleaner - interface has one implementation.
3. Make UnsafeDirectBufferCleaner - package private.
4. Make FeatureChecker - package private.
