ignite IGNITE-23333 СDC is no longer experimental

Removed information from the documentation that CDC is experimental feature.
Removed the @IgniteExperimental annotation from the CDC code.
Fixed tests for checking control.sh help command.
Made changes to ignite-extentions https://github.com/apache/ignite-extensions/pull/290
