[Draft][HiveCatalog] Skip updating column schema when filed schema string is larger than maxHiveTablePropertySize

When using HiveCatalog, column schema type string should be within maxHiveTablePropertySize otherwise results in failures.

This diffs propose retain the original schema in the HMS DB.
