[Feature Request]: restore ability to run workflows and pipelines from files in Hop Server

What would you like to happen?

Hop Server was intended to be more than it currently is. Since developer bandwidth, the options we have to extend the current Hop Server technology are limited and there are frequent questions about or problems with the current way of registering and executing workflows and pipelines, let's restore the original way of executing workflows and pipelines and allow path based execution.
