[Bug]: ExecutionFinishedListener and ExecutionStoppedListener are triggered too soon

What happened?

The addExecutionFinishedListener and addExecutionStoppedListener seem to be triggered too soon. When they are triggered the pipeline/workflow has finished but the underlying transforms and actions have not yet reached finished state. This causes our logging plugins to have incorrect results
