[Feature Request]: Procolo s3 with Minio

What would you like to happen?

Hello.

Currently there are other options to Amazon S3, which use the same API.

An example is Minio, which responds to the s3 protocol, it would be interesting to customize the base url, as the service can be in a Kubernets, or in a Local Docker container.
