[Feature Request]: Support Opening a file via Drag&Drop from file browser

It would be very nice if workflows and pipelines could could be opened in HOP by dragging/dropping them from the OS file browser to the HOP canvas and/or tab-bar.

I still think this is a great idea. But as with all things in open source, it depends on a person willing to do the work. So it will get done when someone wants to do it.
