Add an additional jar for Spark local run

To run spark in local, there are some libraries which need to be added. common-text jar is missing in the list. Without this jar, you will not able to see Application Detail UI. Tested from my side, after adding this library able to see the Application Detail UI page.

Following this checklist to help us incorporate your contribution quickly and easily:

Trivial changes like typos do not require a JIRA issue (javadoc, comments...). In this case, just format the pull request title like (DOC) - Add javadoc in SessionManager.
