[BUG] UI Issues with Alert Labels: Missing display on severity selection & unable to add custom labels

Current Behavior
- Auto-added labels are not visible in the UI When selecting an Alarm Severity (Alert Level), the corresponding key-value pair is technically added to the Alert.labels attribute (in the internal state/backend), but it does not render or display in the UI label list.
- Unable to add custom labels The label input field does not allow free text entry. I cannot add a custom label key-value pair; I am restricted to selecting only from the existing/pre-defined options in the dropdown menu.
Expected Behavior
- When a severity level is selected, the associated label should appear visually in the Labels list immediately.
- Users should be able to type and create custom labels directly via the input box, in addition to selecting existing ones.
