Current Behavior

使用系统记事本编辑application.yml, 对其插入了部分中文字符后导致采集器无法运行

整个过程没有任何错误与日志输出

Expected Behavior

有些控制台层面的启动日志输出,以保证在启动验证阶段的错误可以被正常观测

Steps To Reproduce

1. 将application.yml使用系统默认记事本打开
2. 将identity值改为中文
3. 保存文件
4. 执行startup.bat

该问题在整体部署环节中被测试发现,其本质并不能算作一个严格意义的BUG 在此发出记录

将配置文件默认格式改为UTF-8后重新编辑中文内容即可
