[BUG] <title>can not monitor SSL certificates

Current Behavior

I add one https website,then detect it ,and then show me "PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target" it's failed to monitor SSL certificate

Expected Behavior

it can monitor all SSL certificates

这个问题依旧存在吗？ 我这边初次配置正常，快过期的时候，申请了证书给网站替换后，监控就开始报这个错了。我以为需要重启监控，但是重启完docker也没有效果。
