[BUG] <The routelink queryParams corresponding to the dashboard catagory is inaccurate>

Current Behavior
web-app\src\app\routes\dashboard\dashboard.component.html，routerLink‘/monitors' 对应的queryParams应该是catagory而不是app.因为appCountService.size、appCountService.availableSize、appCountService.unAvailableSize和appCountService.unManageSize 4个数值对应的类型都是catagory不是app，但点击链接时指向的是app=website。
例如service监控有11个，website监控10个、api监控1个，当我点击应用监控（service）时，只能查到10个（website)结果，会使用户产生歧义。
html比较容易修改，但是monitors接口应该是不支持catagory=service作为queryParams。

首页dashboard，点击应用监控（service）,如果添加了多个service类型的监控指标，则只能查询到app=website的list，而不是所有service类型的list
