[BUG] resource display error

Current Behavior

我使用K8s部署了hertzbeat，部署成功添加了三个资源，分别为【linux，mysql，k8s】，添加的Linux主机为k8s节点中的一个，我k8s是集群，因此我直接重启了那个节点，重启完成之后我在登录平台，发现我添加的三个资源都已不在。我新开了一台虚拟机，添加到Linux主机资源，于是刷新一会儿显示之前的三个资源，一会儿显示之后添加的这一台资源，经查看，监控信息都还在，应该是显示BUG。

Expected Behavior

正常添加所有资源，一起显示出来。
